"In September/October 2014 Lucid Systems replaced our three servers with virtual servers in one box, but still on our site. As well as updating our Microsoft server software to the latest versions, they also had to migrate our legal case management database, our digital dictation system and various other third party software packages. Exchange had to be moved in stages from V2003 to 2014. Like all complicated jobs there were problems and unforeseeable challenges but the Lucid team used their extensive knowledge and experience to overcome those. They were patient and polite throughout. We have contracted them to provide ongoing maintenance, off-site backups etc."
