Our return to the Lucid Systems office
Posted 19 Jun 2020
We are delighted to announce that we have now returned to
our Ipswich head office. Over the last few months, we’ve been working
independently at home providing remote IT support to our clients across the
East of England.
However, we’ve now taken the decision to blend remote and
office-based working. In order to maintain social distancing, we are limiting
our office-based staff to six members of our team at any one time. This means
that we can continue to offer exceptional levels of customer care and attention
to all of our clients, whatever their technical requirements.
We can also confirm that if requested, we can start to visit clients on-site to resolve any corporate IT issues. However, any site
visits will be dependent on a risk assessment taking place. We will ensure that
essential safety protocols are put into place including social distancing and
PPE. This is for the safety and protection of our team of engineers as well as
our clients.
Managing Director Craig Debenham says:
“It is great news that we are now working from our head
office, albeit with a smaller workforce. The rest of the team are continuing to
work from home, so we are still running at full capacity. The last few months
have been challenging but we’re thrilled with how we’ve been able to
consistently support all of our clients, whatever their needs.
As a team, we’ve adapted well to the changes. Being
able to combine office and remote work means that our team can collaborate
effectively and continue to provide high levels of customer care.”
We excel in business IT support. To find out more about how we can help you to make the most of your corporate computer systems, please get in touch.
