Service Director Jamie Pope always knew he wanted to be involved in IT support services; after all, it was something that his father had always done. Jamie has been with Lucid Systems since 2013, and as part of his role, he is responsible for organising engineer timings, holding regular meetings with staff, and managing our helpdesk function. He is adept at knowing what the most suitable solution is for clients and he is particularly skilled when it comes to customer services. He says that one of his favourite parts of his job is working closely with clients to ensure that they feel happy and supported.
