Jeremy joined the Lucid Systems team in 2018 as a 1st line support engineer, and he takes responsibility for our ticket system which allows clients to log any technical issues that they may be having.
Like many of our other team members, Jeremy was always interested in computers and began his career through an apprenticeship. His primary tasks are to resolve any pressing IT issues that our clients may have logged, setting up new PCs and creating new users for our clients. It’s an important role within the team because it enables us to prioritise client needs and ensure that everything is being taken care of seamlessly.
Jeremy works extremely hard and he’s always willing to go the extra mile for our clients. He’s particularly proud of the fact that within one year, he was able to resolve over 5,000 support tickets. We’re proud of his proactive approach to our customers and he regularly receives positive feedback from those that he has helped.
As a newer member of the team, Jeremy is always willing to learn as much as he can. He's keen to improve his skills as an IT engineer. He describes the team as “fun, educational and motivating” and says that the best thing about working at Lucid Systems is our friendly working environment. Jeremy enjoys learning more about how IT is continually evolving, and he believes that the most exciting computer-related advancement has to be 3D printing and mainstream voice recognition technology, such as the Amazon Echo.
