At Lucid Systems, we believe that our approach to customer service is just as important as our technical know-how. Hiren plays a key role in building positive client relationships. As our dedicated account manager he’s responsible for our clients around London and the South East and across the Midlands; with locations ranging from Birmingham to Sidcup. He focuses upon client management, ensuring that each client is fully supported and confident that they have the right IT systems for their needs.
Whilst Hiren’s day-to-day job is focusing upon account management, he has a strong technical background. He joined the IT sector after completing a psychology degree and has since completed a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Certification. A core part of our team since 2010, Hiren also provides 2nd and 3rd line support to our engineers and works on IT project management and implementation.
Hiren enjoys the variety of his job role; having the opportunity to speak to clients of different sizes and sectors across many different locations means that he’s always working on a wide range of different projects. Although he is very much a team player he does work autonomously, taking full responsibility for all of his clients from sales and consultation, through to project management, support and client liaison. During his time at Lucid Systems, he has become the company expert on SharePoint technologies both in-house and on the Office 365 platform. He is always supportive of our team of engineers and shares his advice and knowledge with everyone.
When asked about his experiences working at Lucid Systems, Hiren describes it as “Interesting, challenging and never boring”. He welcomes the flexibility and dynamic nature of our work and appreciates that the evolving nature of IT systems means that our team develops more than just technical skills, they can also improve their communication, sales and people management skills.
Outside of the office, Hiren leads a busy life. As a father, he spends a lot of time with his daughter but when he can, he is often found playing his guitar or keeping fit with a game of badminton.
