About Our Team
Lucid Systems is a team of dedicated engineers that pride themselves on providing a first class support service. The
core team of
Microsoft Certified Engineers
have worked together for many years. We all have an excellent understanding of how to get the best out of a typical
small business system and each of us have our own specialities. As a unit there are very few technical problems
that we cannot overcome.
We do not employ sales people, all advisers have a proven track record in not only designing solutions but also implementing
them first hand. This enables us to directly communicate the full details of a solution including any drawbacks,
not just the positive sales spin.
Many of our clients see our team as very much a part of their own team, helping and advising them so that they get the most
out of their IT systems.
Managing Director, MCSE, CCNA
Craig is the owner and Managing Director of Lucid Systems. Craig’s background is as an IT Systems Engineer specialising
in Exchange Server systems and IP networks. He has over 21 years’ experience designing and delivering IT solutions
to SMEs. As well as the day-to-day running of the business Craig provides valuable business analyst services to clients
ensuring they are getting the best return on their IT investments.
Technical Manager, MCP
David is the Technical Manager at Lucid Systems, he has 14 years’ experience in the industry. David provides
3rd line support to the engineers as well as being an architect on larger
projects . David works closely with Craig in providing IT solutions that not only meet the clients business requirements
but are also technically stable and scalable.
Senior Engineer, MCP, MCSA, MCSE
Hiren has over 17 years’ experience in providing 2nd and 3rd line support to SMEs. Hiren is based in London
in order to offer quick onsite response to our city clients. He has extensive knowledge of both Exchange Server, Office 365 and SharePoint technologies.
Dale is a Senior Engineer has over 16 years’ experience in providing Consultancy and 1st, 2nd, 3rd line support
to SMEs. As well as providing 2nd line support to our clients he also provides pre-sales consultancy
helping our clients choose the best solutions for their business needs.
Jamie has 9 years’ experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support to SMEs. Jamie has completed his
certifications in implementing cloud based email solutions such as Office 365. He was recently
promoted to Helpdesk Manager.
Simon is our Helpdesk Manager and has over 24 years’ experience of both supporting and implementing IT solutions to SMEs.
Simon is our Help Desk Manager and ensures that our support services are delivered to our customers satisfaction.
Chris provides 1st and 2nd line support. He has 13 years experience in this role. Chris is a data integration
After completing his NVQ Level 2 /3 ICT apprenticeship with us. Jess has progressed to the position of support engineer.
Jess specialises in implementing and supporting or Lucid Voice Telephone system products.
Nicola has over 17 years experience in running accounts systems within the IT and telecoms sector. Nicola looks after all our back office operations.
Sam has recently completed his ICT apprenticeship with us and has progressed to a junior engineer role, offering 1st line support.
