With unlimited access to telephone and remote support as well as onsite visits, our clients benefit from valuable peace of mind knowing their IT issues will be resolved quickly and efficiently within a contracted response time. Lucid Systems will develop a close working relationship with your business, supporting your day-to-day network operations and assisting with ongoing IT planning and development. We have experience of working with companies from a broad range of industries. 

On entering into a support agreement with Lucid Systems we will conduct a full survey and health check on your system free of charge to ensure we have a full understanding of your system and all software products used.  We then set out to establish good working relationships with any third party providers to ensure that your support experience where more that one provider is involved is seamless.

Lucid Systems becomes an extension of your existing team by providing a dedicated account manager while all Lucid engineers have a working knowledge of you systems to ensure resilience.  We care for your system like it was our own.

Whether your support request is received by phone, email or using our on-line service your request will be received directly by an experienced engineer.  The life cycle of the fault is then tracked by our ticket management system from request to confirmation it has been rectified to your satisfaction. We also give managers on-line access to our ticket management system which enables you to run reports on all tickets logged with us.  This enables you to directly measure the service we provide.

You may in fact have your own IT department, but require additional support and technical knowledge. Lucid is well-equipped to offer a service that complements your existing infrastructure, providing extra resources when you need them most.

Your dedicated manager will meet with you regularly to review our service performance and offer proactive long-term advice designed to maximise the efficiency of your business systems.
