Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to everyone at Lucid systems and is something we monitor closely.  Every problem or support request we receive is logged on our support management system as a "Ticket".  Throughout the lifetime of the ticket the user reporting the problem or requesting support is kept informed of the progress by email.  When the ticket is resolved the user reporting the problem or requesting support is asked to rate our service via our customer satisfaction system.  See our recent satisfaction ratings compared against other companies of our size within the IT industry.
